Judit Polgar beats world champion Magnus Carlsen in a miniature (less than 25 moves). Judit still has what it takes eight years into retirement. See full article at this link: lichess.org/@/Chess-Network/blog/magnus-carlsen-is-defeated-in-19-moves-by-judit-polgar/UCwDJWpd

    Beginnings
I have started this discussion forum with the primary intent of featuring outdoor chess tables across the world (hopefully eventually with chess facilitators). However, other chess topics that appear here on chessfacetoface may also be discussed.

I want to be in touch with people around the world who share an interest of promoting chess at outdoor chess tables. And I also encourage readers who are travelling to take pictures of outdoor chess tables and share them here along with some commentary.
